There should be a way to enjoy alcohol without all of the downsides - specifically, hangovers! Hangovers are caused by dehydration. Figure out a good way to combine electrolyte-rich drinks like Gatorade or Coconut Water with alcohol, and party on, hangover-free. Or, if you want to get more scientific, look up “anti-diuretic hormone". Alcohol reduces ADH in the body, stimulating urination, leading to rapid water loss. If you can figure out a way to keep ADH balanced while drinking, you’ll really be golden.
If designing your own alcoholic mixed drink is too challenging, we've also developed a drinking game to keep you hydrated. It's based off the classic carnival trick where a pea is hidden under one cup, all the cups are shuffled, then you have to guess which cup has the pea. For this drinking game, take three shot glasses and fill one with vodka and two with water. Have someone shuffle them around, then try to guess which one is the vodka.
